Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Renderyards, an AI-powered hardscape design tool operated by Axnomia LLC (“Renderyards,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website at renderyards.com and the Renderyards design widget embedded on the websites of independent contractors. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Renderyards Is

Renderyards lets you upload a photo of your outdoor space and generates AI-created design concepts in the style of a participating contractor. If you choose, Renderyards sends your project details and contact information to that contractor so they can follow up with you. Renderyards is a software tool only. We do not design, bid, sell, or perform any construction, landscaping, or hardscape work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Renderyards. By using the service you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. AI-Generated Designs Are Concepts, Not Guarantees

The images Renderyards produces are computer-generated concepts intended to illustrate design possibilities. They are not architectural drawings, engineering plans, or construction documents. Actual materials, dimensions, plantings, site conditions, feasibility, code requirements, and results will vary. Any budget or price range shown in the tool is an indicative estimate only — it is not a quote, offer, or commitment by any contractor, and the final price for any project is set solely between you and the contractor. Renderyards does not warrant that any design can be built, that any contractor will perform work at any price, or that results will match the concepts shown.

4. Your Content and the Rights You Grant

You retain ownership of the photos and information you upload (“Your Content”). You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third party’s rights or violate any law — including that you have the right to submit any photo of property you upload. You grant Renderyards a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and modify Your Content as needed to operate and provide the service (including processing it through our AI provider and delivering it to the contractor you select). The design concepts generated for you are provided for your personal use in evaluating and pursuing your project.

5. Submitting a Project and Contractor Contact

When you submit your project, you authorize Renderyards to share your name, contact details, project information, and generated designs with the contractor whose tool you used, and you consent to that contractor contacting you about your project by phone, text message, and email. Your relationship with the contractor, and any agreement, work, payment, warranty, or dispute, is solely between you and the contractor. We are not responsible for any contractor’s conduct, quotes, work quality, or fulfillment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or depicts property without permission;
• use the service for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its underlying systems;
• misrepresent your identity or submit false contact information.

7. Intellectual Property

The Renderyards service, including its software, design, branding, and content (excluding Your Content), is owned by Axnomia LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or exploit the service except as expressly permitted.

8. Third-Party Services

Renderyards relies on third-party providers (including Google’s Gemini AI, and cloud hosting, storage, and email services) to operate. Your use of the service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for how information is processed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that designs, estimates, or results will be accurate or reliable. Renderyards does not provide engineering, architectural, or construction advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axnomia LLC and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the service or any dealings with a contractor. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axnomia LLC and its owners, employees, and providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.

12. Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may modify or discontinue the service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update these Terms we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Washington will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the service.
